Now all that is left in this wartorn mess of a region is protection from all those crazy, bloodlusting warbands. So, so far Uxhal has resources and good trading opportunities.excellent Uxhal's river seems navigable and can just as easily carry ships to its doorstep. Then also it has what most capitals need, a source of trade, you see that River? that river that flows into the ocean? that river that loops around the town from two directions, yeah that is excellent for trade and unlike Praven, which while on the coast can actually be considered to be too far away from some places, also if you look at Praven you see that it sits right next to a bunch of cliffs so its not like right on the water for quick and easy trading. it has access to many natural resources see moutains in Rhodok territory for minerals/ores/all that good shit, it has good access to lots of forest in several directions and then the open (persumably) farm regions directly to the right of it, as well as the surrounding areas. Then there is also the actual surrounding geography of it.

then while it doesn't have the exact centralness of Dhrim it is quite centralized in that the region it is in has some of the highest 'town density' on the map. Not that i thought about it before (normally made Dhrim/Reyyavind my 'capital' cause of centralness) but i would like to nominate Uxhal, and here's why:ДЄt the start it does belong to the Swadians who have some legitimacy to the Caldaric throne.
